Event Description

“Management consulting” floats around as a highly coveted and prestigious career choice for graduate trainees. Do you want to hear more about it directly from succesful alumni? “What’s Consulting” is the event for you.

“What’s Consulting” is hosted by the Graduate Management Consulting Association (GMCA): a student-run organization that aims to introduce our graduate community to the world of consulting and to the resources available to further explore consulting.

This event is comprised of 1) an information session, where students are provided with an overview of the GMCA’s annual events, and 2) a panel discussion for Q&A with multiple consultants from renowned consulting firms. Through this event, we aim to support graduate students in understanding the day-to-day activities of consultants and how a non-business background can provide valuable skills that are saught after by such firms.

This year, “What’s Consulting” will be held virtually over Zoom on Thursday, September 10th 2020 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. If you are interested in attending this event, please fill out the registration form and purchase your ticket through Eventbrite.

Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Registration closes on September 9th 2020.
